Ordering & Shipping​

Here you will find an overview of our delivery costs.

We will ship your order in custom-made packaging through one of our certified couriers. The delivery period is 3 to 5 working days.

You cannot collect your order in person.

Even if we’re still so careful, something can always go wrong. Therefore, if the deliveryman is still there, check that the packaging is intact. If the package is damaged, refuse to accept it. If the article is damaged: click on this link -> customer service.

Prunico is a print-on-demand company that makes every order on customer demand. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel orders that are already in production or that are ready for delivery.

Payment options

You can pay conveniently by credit card (MasterCard, VISA), with PayPal, iDEAL, Sofort or Bancontact. Cash on delivery or on account payments are not possible.

Prunico uses payment provider Mollie. Mollie complies with the high requirements for security, reliability and stability drawn up by De Nederlandsche Bank.

My account

Register with Prunico via “About You“. You will automatically receive an e-mail from Prunico with a link to your dashboard. Clicking this link will close the registration for a customer account at Prunico.

In your customer account dashboard you can manage your data, password and orders. Please note that any changes you make there will not apply to current orders. Do you only want to change the delivery address of your current order? This is possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service and always give your order number.

If you have signed up but haven’t yet received an email with a confirmation link, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find the confirmation email there either, please contact our customer service.

Your customer account at Prunico is free of charge.
