Prunico is a print-on-demand company that makes every order on customer demand. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel orders that are already in production or that are ready for delivery.
Prunico uses payment provider Mollie. Mollie complies with the high requirements for security, reliability and stability drawn up by De Nederlandsche Bank.
In your customer account dashboard you can manage your data, password and orders. Please note that any changes you make there will not apply to current orders. Do you only want to change the delivery address of your current order? This is possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service and always give your order number.
If you have signed up but haven’t yet received an email with a confirmation link, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find the confirmation email there either, please contact our customer service.
